I have been a customer with this office for 10 years. I have only had the best service from Jose and his staff and (Debbie) my agent truly looks after my policies and goes out of her way to save me money when possible and makes sure I'm covered completely! I highly recommend this office.

I used this office for many years without any problem. A few years back though, all the office ladies retired or moved on. The new people there are absolutely terrible and incompetent! I've nothing but problem after problem while dealing with them the past few years. First, they bill me for stackable insurance (that directly comes out of my bank account) for 4 months! I call each month saying what the heck, why is my rates so high all of the sudden?! Each time with a promise to look into it and get back to me. Never do they get back and the next month rolls around and I'm charged once again. They said I never signed a form opting out of this 150$/month option. I was never asked to opt out or sign any form!! I get NO refund. Then I trade in a car and call to transfer policy. Yet again, I start being billed month after month a crazy high amount. I call.. and call.. and call.. each time w a promise to look into it. Turns out, they never "traded" policies but added another vehicle, still billing me for the old.. for 4 months! I tell them repeatly to STOP automatic withdraw, which still continues to come out without my permission. What makes me the most angry is that with each error, I don't even get an apology! I get an attitude as if they are doing me the favor to fix it! Mr Castillon, if you read this, I have some advise to you sir. Fire your staff! Debbie and Joy do not do their job! They work hard at phone dodge! And Nathan, when he was there, was even more incompetent! I worked with nancy for years, never but anything wonderful to say about that women! I go back as far as when Cindy Ferria was there. She was always amazing too! These new people, well.. I'm sorry but I've had enough! Good luck to Mr Castillon as he is not the problem, it's the staff he has working for him!
