Unfortunately we've had a very bad experience with this company. Took them very long time to produce the final print after approval of the design. Initial design produced look nothing like our company logo or website so had to be completely redone.There were issues with the vinyl when it was printed but as we had a fitter already booked in we had to accept a print with faults in it , luckily we were able to cover this up with the design.Upon fitting off the design it was noticed that the design was not big enough to fit the side of our trailer despite accurate measurements being given at the start of the project. Joyce design had to add an extra panel into the design which was then shipped out as requested, but we have had to pay for a second day for a fitter to come which Joyce design have refused to pay for. They state in their terms and conditions that if they incur any expenses beyond their control they have the right to charge you in full for these expenses, and yet it seems they do not apply this rule to their customers.We are now having to take further action to recover these costs.All in all a very poor experience for a company we expected more of.
