This is a wonderful, family oriented place. You will get your 40 hours a week guaranteed, and will never be laid off. They are incredibly understanding, friendly, and open to any suggestions. Plus, there’s a $2,000 sign on bonus right now. You have to be able to tolerate heat and manual labor though. It a very physical job. Be prepared to work.
