After being with another insurance company for over 21 years, my husband and I chose Julie Cairns-State Farm Insurance for a variety of reasons--competitive rates, thoroughness, genuine concern for our insurance needs (home, vehicles, and umbrella policies), friendly agents, and the over-all feeling of ease that my husband and I felt both during and at the completion of switching our insurances. My husband and I just found out how great Julie and her insurance team are! We are VERY happy and completely satisfied to now have State Farm for our auto insurance. Their commitment to customers seeking insurance is absolutely superior to ANY previous insurance company we have ever dealt with. I HIGHLY recommend Julie, Karen, and the rest of their team.

First insurance company i have ever had that I enjoy dealing with! Ryan, Julie and everyone there are friendly, helpful, professional and welcoming. Had hail damage (cars and roof) and it was paid with no hassle, quickly and without the other insurance companies low-ball type offers. Compared prices and they are great also. Couldn't be happier with the service I have received! Would recommend to anyone!

Great office and staff to deal with, very knowledgeable, and they treat you with the golden rule! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Karen explained everything so well, that other offices have never done. I also had a deer claim, I couldn't believe how well they took care of me, from getting a rental car for me to taking care of things at the body shop, PLUS they had a check to me the same day I had the accident. UNBELIVABLE! It almost makes me want to hit another deer :-) Call Karen and get the best service you could ever have!!!!!!Jack

Julie, Kim, and Maddy have all been very helpful with a variety of things from auto, home, and life insurance. When my daughter was hit while driving in Iowa Julie and her team helped walk us through the whole process( we had never had to deal with something like that and they helped a lot) We’ve been with State Farm for over 30 years (different agents/ different states) and they all have been wonderful.Thanks State FarmOh, by the way Julie is in a beautiful new office (the old Kwik Trip building) stop by and check it out!!

My old insurer refused to insure my home for my masonry fireplaces. They maintained they were not masonry (although they had never seen them) but were masonry "veneer" instead. My State Farm agent, Karen, asked a lot of questions, asked for pictures, etc. so that my masonry fireplaces are insured for masonry not just veneer. She took her time and I am confident that all of my policies with State Farm are as accurate as humanly possible. Not only that but when I compared the two sets of policies, I not only have better coverage but have a $2000.00 decrease in cost of premiums per year over my other insurance. That's a great deal as far as I am concerned. I would have been happy with the more accurate coverage alone but the premium savings is just icing on the cake. I would recommend State Farm to anybody.
