*DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY*I started renting a 3 bed and 2 bath trailer April 1, 2018. Come May the trailer was at a constant 85 degree or higher (with AC set to 68). We called them and they sent people to look at the AC unit. They all would come back with everything is fine. Once we figured out it was the ductwork that needed to be looked at they told us no because nothing was wrong with the AC unit itself. (I had a 2yr old and I was 5 months pregnant.) Well fast forward to July 17th. We get a called asking about rent. We told them we were moving because of the unjust living conditions. They gave us until end of August to get everything out. Come August 4th I had moved mosg of my stuff out and locked the door behind me. On August 5th someone broke it and trashed the place while also stealing items from the trailer (to include the fridge and stove). So we told them today (August 6th) what happened. They then tell us it's our responsibility to get everything fixed and returned. Then told us it is our problem and our fault. So we handed them the key and told them it is now their problem. I will never allow anyone I meet to rent from them. They are the worst and only care about the money.

This is the most worst Rental Agency we've ever seen in our lives, do not, I repeat, do not rent any property from this agency, they will rob you and take your money.

Our son was in a rental with Junghans Agency and he unfortunately passed away. We had to terminate our son's lease early. Junghans Agency treated us with fairness and respect and we greatly appreciate that.

My experience, I'll keep it pg, they have black mold in their houses and only hire jacks of all trades that don't know what they are doing. Then they like to come into your house, even if your moving is still your place until they get the keys back. However they like to go in leave all doors unlocked when they leave and leave them standing wide open oh and I can't forget, they love to move your stuff without your permission no matter the cost of it. That's only part of what's happened in the past going on 2 years.
