I have owned several pair of Justin boots but never again. I have been trying to buy a new pair and the experience has been awful and inexcusable. I have ordered three times and Justin has sent the wrong color each time. Also the wrong size. The third and final time the customer service lady had photos of two different boots sent to me. I picked the one to ship and they ship different boots. I know they are different because the color is three shades lighter and the boots in the photo did not have the damage as the one delivered to me. They were also cheep made from China and has glue bulging out form around the soles as if they were refurbished not new. THANKS ALOT JUSTIN THESE BOOT WERE PURCHASED FOR MY SON WEDDING. NOW I WILL BE THE ODD BALL OUT. Looks after 7 weeks and three tries you could have accidentally got it right. So people tell everyone you know to run away from Justin brand boots.
