Feedback:

I called to get a quote spoke with Christine probably the rudest woman I have ever spoke with took them a about week to get me a quote for insurance. Didn’t even both to provide anything that could be considered custom service. I called no call back so called next afternoon again not in then she called an hour or so later and was rude and couldn’t wait to get off the phone. Thanks for showing how slow rude and unworthy our business you are now. Don't was your time.

I'm sorry but we decided to go with another insurance Co. The reason your customer service was really bad. No hi can we help you more like we were a bother. Not friendly at all. Could not use there restrooms told me to walk to the library. I understand not letting people off the streets to use But your customers??? Sat for a few minutes and then asked rudely do you have an appointment. If not we would have to make one. Which had already done. Felt very uncomfortable.
