Truly a great experience! Jove and Maria are very responsive and helpful in every way. Jove took the time to make the right recommendations and steps to make sure we are protected during the attorney review process. It came down to the last minute with few challenges before closing, however Jove was a top of it and made sure he protected us and still got us closed on the same day. Highly recommended!!

After having a terrible experience with a real estate attorney from another firm, I switched to Juzmeski Law to represent me as buyer of a single-family home. I cannot express how happy I was with the service I received from Jove and Maria. They were proficient in negotiating the finest details of contract, starting from initial attorney review to several addendums which resulting in a significant closing cost credit for repairs. I really appreciated how quickly Jove responded; many times within 30 seconds of sending an email I would have a thoughtful response back from him. He was very much detail-oriented and made some very smart suggestions in the negotiation process which resulted in me saving money. He also has great contacts with a survey company with very competitive rates. Thanks to Jove, the entire process moved quickly and took only about 30 days start to finish so that I didn't need to move temporarily between homes.
