Feedback:
They didn't return my calls or messages about a practicum I'm doing for my M.Ed. I was just led in circles. I was directed to call the corporate headquarters. One of the client specialists took my call and directed me to their press email (not sure why press is even relevant to an internship inquiry), and they haven't returned my message after two weeks. I just keep getting these calls from them about enrolling children into their programs (I don't have any). So, they have an operations department that doesn't take part in the most essential aspects of education-related communication. Legitimate public schools serve their communities by making room for future educators. K12 apparently doesn't even have a process in place for these inquiries, nor any interest in even getting back with me about a simple request.
