Feedback:

Canceled my appointment with a specialist and wouldn't reschedule me until a month later. I already waited 6 weeks for the appointment. Not going back

Feedback:

They are very accommodating and professional...from the front end to the doctor's office. Would definitely recommend!

Feedback:

I would like to say a great thank you to Dr H Jay Wisnicki for fixing my son’s eye that was coming out. I’m so happy to see my 9 year old son looking straight at me! I highly recommend this Doctor! He is very caring, friendly and a real professional!! Very comfortable coming to his office all the time. Everyone is pleasant, caring and takes the time to listen to all concerns.

Feedback:

The staff at desk was polite and professional. The nurse taking my eye history was knowledgeable.

She briskly sits down and I have to close the door since she's already made herself to her seat. Odd but fine by me. She demands to see my glasses. I hesitate and look on puzzled as she looks at them. I am not here for a vision appointment, but an ophthalmological one, so I don't understand the purpose of this. But whatever; it's still my eyes. She seems offended by my not approving of her inspecting my glasses and gives them back. I state that I paid quite a bit for them and were beyond my budget and so she asks, "how much were they?" And one point she even said sharply, "Your hair needs to get out of my way." As if it would just move on its own accord by her snapping that. She TUGS the skin around my eyes forcefully when examining them. When she had the magnifier at my eye, with my chin on the rest, I reeled back a bit because something hit my nose--she looked at me as though it were a great affront to her. When she realized why I did--because she had failed to moved that piece--her response was "oh." Not a sorry. No reflection on her extreme incompetence. She also applied dye to my eye on the cornea (the lower inner eyelid is the recommended spot to apply it) and was not gentle and I still feel some discomfort from her having done so. I will have to take time out of my day (which is yes, very valuable, contrary to what her biases may have her believe) to go to a reputable ophthalmology, both to get a valuable opinion on my original need for the appointment and to check that she did not cause any damage to my cornea. After a phone call, the office manager spoke to Dr. T-R, and other doctors in the office, about the protocols re the dye. Apparently, Dr. T-R is a cataracts specialist and many of them are used to putting the dye directly on the cornea (because it makes it easier to spread?). Well, I am not a cataracts patient, and her doing so shows utter disregard for treating a patient for their specific needs. The only thing positive is she hinted at a distinction between my dry eye and eye allergies, but by golly with each inquiry I felt as though I were law enforcement interrogating a suspect. Also, a woman who over my issues before seeing T-R (an assistant?) was pleasant and helpful. She seemed more concerned about my complaint than T-R.A terrible doctor. Rude. Passive-aggressive. Thinks answering questions are above her. I just saw her bio reads "She enjoys general ophthalmology because it allows her to spend time with her patients and form close relationships with them."Ha. Ha. Haaaaaa. I bet someone had to remind her to add in a part that makes her seem like a doctor who cares in--the way you would tell a kid to share with the one who forgot their lunch at home.

Feedback:

The doctor and staff were very professional in corneal eye care. Not everyone is amiable, but they care about the patient’s health. Plan on a short wait as they do get backed up sometimes while seeing patients.

Feedback:

Good service but you may ended up by spending more than an hour depending on your situation.

Feedback:

Whatever your appointment time is, addaabout 2 hours to it . The wait times are ridiculous.
