Terrible, archaic personnel policies that seem designed to help people fail, & enforce an " I gotchu" atmosphere. Helped an employee resolve an issue; successful meeting with the senior manager, who appears reasonable & fair. But, 1st & 2nd-level factory supervisors could use some people/skills training & development to supplement their technical shop skills. Suggest improvements in their reported deployable shop work conditions.
