As a business owner myself.. I love followup. Just takes a few seconds and it goes over so great with customers. Giving them a call afterwards to check up on whether everything went well.. Anything we could've done differently? , or just to make sure everything is to their satisfaction. They treat their customers like they would like to be treated themselves. That's just awesome in my book!!
