Have been a customer of Kaplansky's for a long time. Our home and auto policies are all handled through Kaplansky and have always gotten stellar service. Went in to set my youngest up with her own insurance policy recently and Christine took care of all our needs and handled every detail! Have also worked with Monique for a very long time (even before Kaplansky's). Very friendly and attentive to our family's needs!

If i had a choice i woukd give no stars. A lady called Ava called my wife today to discuss our insurance policy. When my wife explained that we had cancelled nearly 2 weeks ago because we found geico to be a lot cheaper she explained that it was negligent of us not to inform them of this. Geico sent them a letter requesting cancellation and she was told this. Ava then started to become very disrespectful towards my wife, telling her regardless July's payment would be withdrawn from her account. She continued by threatening my wife saying she better hsve that miney in her account. When my wife asked for her name sge replied, you dont need to know that and hung up. We found out the lady's name by contscting our insurance company directly. Will never deal with this company again.
