Overall Feedback:
Hi Dana,A big applause for your workshop, "Rising Above the Din" last Saturday (3/21/2015) at the Garlands. Not only did it spark new writing focus for many of us, but it dug down deep into important aspects of story like voice, setting, and tight writing. I especially liked your exercises concerning narrative & dialogue. It's clear you know your stuff and clearer that you know how to share it. Thanks for opening up our eyes to topics so important to the value of good writing in the marketplace.I've already suggested to Bev, our BWW chairperson, that you be invited back to focus on the specifics of using publicity. Maybe by that time I'll have a published book. Fingers crossed. Wouldn't that be lovely? Upward and onward and great good fortune to you in your business in the days ahead. All the best, and thanks again,Phyllis Shearer
