What I would do send all my cases back to this company and totally start over. I am embarrassed to have their product in my business to be honest. I never write reviews, but what happened with this transaction needs to be shown to other jewelers who may be embarking on building the store of their dreams. From day one this company has made mistake after mistake and delivered a poorly made product. My old store had 17 year old cases that held up better than the ones I have in my 1 year old store from KDM. The laminate Formica on the cases is coming off in many places. The glass is a certain material that scratches very easily. The entire logistics of working with them has been an utter nightmare. I will say, their prices are decent, but you get what you pay for. I would rather spend more and sleep at night better. Especially with something with this level of importance.
