I have been with Ashtyn for 3 years and it's very obvious they care about customer service- I couldn't ask for better service or find it anywhere else. The rate I was given was the first time I recieved a rate I could afford and have all my needs met. My first situation needing their assistance was during the flood of 2016. Ashtyn was at my house immediately to see what I needed. I was so surprised to get that kind of attention so quickly. Another situation i needed them was with a toilet issue that caused damage. The adjusters are local, my adjuster was Kaleb and he was exceptional. He took care of everything. I would refer anyone I know to Ashtyn and Kentucky Farm Bureau .

Phillip Greene is our agent for this agency for both our personal accounts and also for the Hopkinsville Church of Christ where I preach. He is an outstanding agent who truly cares for his clients. He and the agency work expeditiously to provide for the needs of their clients. I know from personal experience and also from others who they insure. One client in particular was a young family whose house literally was burning when Phillip came to see to what he could do for the family. He went to back to the agency and brought a check to the family to provide for their immediate needs and items to get them through the beginning stages of their claim. I have been with Ashtyn and KY Farm Bureau since 2012. Ashtyn saved me ALOT of money on my car and home insurance. I was so pleased that I also have all my other insurance needs with them. (Life and Health insurance). The office staff is so friendly and go out of their way to help you when you call or stop by. I had roof damage from a wind storm and they quickly assessed the damage and repaired the roof. Ashtyn went out of his way once when my wifes car was hit by another person not insured by KFB. the other company was taking their time and he helped get them to make our situation a priority. I highly recommend Ashtyn Hudson and his team at Farm Bureau for any of your insurance needs. My family and I have had our autos, home, and life covered with them for years. Ashtyn made sure I understood my coverages during my recent home and auto policy review. I've gone through a few companies before and have never had an agent call me personally to go over my policies with me line by line. He's got a friendly staff, and you can tell customer service is a priority in his office!
