You will pay High premiums for mediocre insurance. When I file a claim a while back the representatives are very aggressive that the whole process was intolerable. I would literally go with any other insurance company than these guys ever again. They're better insurance companies out there.

Be careful - Just had a claim and KFBI is depreciating the items covered by the age of the items. I will cost be money above and beyond my deductible. You will loose big time unless the policy is written as replacement value. THIS WAS NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME WHEN I OBTAINED THE POLICY. As an insurance consumer I would have appreciated an explanation of this in advance by the real estate profession so I could have made an informed decision.
