Overall Feedback:

Kevin Bishop has been so helpful. My roof was leaking and he opened an emergency claim. I had to leave town 2 days later. I could not get any company to return my call as it was during the heavy rains over a week ago. Kevin put me in touch with Joe in claims. Joe was as helpful as Kevin. He referred me to a company that came that day. They were able to fix the leak until I could get back in town and have them inspect the entire roof. KFB made the situation a lot less stressful.I am so grateful to have such caring folks looking out for me.SO, if you need an agent I highly recommend Kevin!
