Feedback:
The office in Columbia MD treats incoming consultants like nothing. They critique their appearance, make jokes about individuals who may not be as smart or as qualified as some of the candidates they hope to find. Beware!!!! They’ll ask you what your “minimum” rate of pay is you are willing to accept so they can submit you at the lowest rate possible which ensures them a much higher commission. KForce LITERALLY EATS off of their consultants and they have no shame in doing so. They call interviewees liars, pathetic, classless, childlike, etc and those are the PG rated remarks. It’s no wonder their recruiter hiring process is a lot like a revolving door- they hire and fire without ANY JUST CAUSE OR WARNING!!! Joy Casey. Aly DeRiggi. Carla Allen should be removed from their roles IMMEDIATELY but until then i hope this review prevents you from making the horrible decision of ever crossing their paths!
