AWFUL!! If I could give 0 stars I would! Our son was attacked by another kid while there and we were never notified!! The only time that they called us was to tell us that they needed to charge us $2.50 for a diaper because he was out. When we picked him up the manager (who seemed to be pretty much clueless about everything) told us that our toddler had a bloody lip because he had a toy in his mouth and fell with it. Then the incident report said that he “bumped into a lego table” and got a bloody lip, so which story was correct? NEITHER! when they brought him out our baby had huge scratches across his nose, face and sides of his mouth! The manager was nonchalant and when we questioned the scratches instead of asking about it she said “well that’s what I was told.” We requested the directors info. When she called she stated that she reviewed surveillance and it showed that another kid clawed our son in the face and pushed him down. She said that the worker didn’t notice the attack which I don’t buy because how could you not notice the difference from a simple fall vs attack and where did the story about him bumping into a Lego table come from? Didn’t she notice that his face was bloody in addition to his lip? One of his scratches on his face is almost 2 inches long!! The fact that we were not notified REALLY upsets us and further proves that they are only worried about money! We want to make sure that we put this review out there so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else’s children. I would avoid this place by all means. The workers aren’t competent enough to know the difference between a fall vs bumping into a table vs a full on attack! Nor are they competent enough to notify the family. But $80 later for fees, snacks, dinners, etc they were competent enough to swipe our bank card! We will NEVER return!

Well I kind of was surprised to see how close Kid Quest was to the gaming and drinking area of the casino. Though I wouldn't bring kids anywhere near I suppose some would. So for what it's worth, I saw a well lit facility that appears to be in good condition and clean. I did not see any children or employees even though the bowling alley nearby was packed with league people. The casino activities were slow. I suppose it's like recreational drugs nowadays - all in the family / start them young. Call me old fashioned but I never brought my kids near casinos or joints. Brought to you by Carl's Jr.
