Wow! Leah, one of Kimberly’s staff, was so sweet! Super happy I made the call for a quote. So impressed, I ended up switching all of my policies to save money and to join the State Farm Fam:-)

I can’t say enough about how simple it was to have my car window replaced. Vandals smashed my rear window. I was able to file a claim on the mobile ap and the next day, a team came out and replaced the window. No hassle and cheery service made a bad situation bearable. Thanks Kimberly Nybo and State Farm!

Worst insurance company by far if you're planning on going through this office I would recommend to get quotes from other places around the area. Had insurance policy with them for 4 years never got my insurance lowered in that time called a different insurance company in the area and was quoted $200 less a month than what I was paying through State Farm then after making my monthly payment with "State Farm" I cancelled with them 5 days later and got charged $110 by far the worst experience I've ever had with insurance company

I really appreciate good customer service and I experienced here. All the staff on Kim’s team have been easy to work with and I love how they proactively check in with us regularly.
