Gracie @Kimco Santa Fe Springs would rather sweep you under the rug than help you. Found a gig through a better agency who actually called me the same day for a job. Kimco took more than a month to text me “still looking?” Total clown show.

This location is terrible. You can submit several different job applications, waste your precious time completing their internal pre-hire application so they can steal your info, send emails, CALL them multiple times, and they will still NEVER follow up! Marlena, Leslie and Grace are all unprofessional. Leslie and Grace post jobs, nag their customers to refer others to them but when they get new customers trying to reach out to them they completely 100% ignore them. Marlena the receptionist is a liar and useless. When you call up there she'll tell you, "Oh that person is unavailable, would u like me to tell them to call you back?" You say YES. And you will not hear anything else after that. This chick knew my name by remembering my voice the day before, but couldnt remember to have someone call me back? Until this day, no one has returned my calls. Wow, what a great way to welcome in people that have been reffered to you. ? I hardly give bad reviews to any business. But damn, this place earned it. Helpmates in Cypress is far more professional and responsive. And I heard the Kimco in Anaheim is much better than this one.

I don't recommend this staffing agency because numerous people have a problem with people who have prior work experienced they always pass up and discriminate against them and give them excuses how come&why they won't work with them and give job they're well qualified for.

Kimco is a great place to go to if you need work but this kimco is a damn joke. I transferred from the Anaheim location to this one which I have to say the Anaheim location is one of the best ones. Anyways got connect with john at this location that was helping me find work which he said he did but was waiting for the info on the place I had to report to. Put this way the guy is so very unprofessional gave me a start day and never call me back with the info or return my emails. I call so many times and email the guy but nothing there scam artist here. they promise you work to only keep u siting around waiting for a call that u will never get. What a joke and waste of time because I was promised work so many times and a actual date and nothing never happend. it left me financially unstable due to their promises.

Don't waste your time here. Was working with recruiter Susie Quiroz and she's very unprofessional. Doesn't return calls and emails. Immature person for the field she's in. I should be allowed to decline a job opportunity offered to me if I dont feel suitable to work for a company right? She somehow took it personal and ignores all your calls. If you're willing to settle with any job thrown at you, then she will be suitable good for you. Other than that good luck working with her.
