Our short business relationship with this company has left me very frustrated and angry. The frustration from Alison holding her hands up and saying she should have communicated better since our meeting early in April. The anger comes from my business missing out on several unique opportunities which will never be come around again. Had Kinetic marketing been professional enough to take and send the notes from the meeting and Alison had been professional enough to communicate with us , we would not have missed these opportunities.
