Feedback:

Had a interview with this company, I applied for a entry level marketing/advertising position, I eventually made it to a second interview where the interviewer (Kurt) took me to a Dunkin’ Donuts and explained their 5 phases of employment and how you can make 200k after 12 months, after dunkin he took me to a Walmart and showed me where I would be working, don’t listen to these guys you have to start selling direct tv to people inside of a Walmart. Yes if you work from this company you will be that annoying person in Walmart asking for a minute of your time.

Feedback:

Their "paid training" is a flat lie. God forbid you have a background. They say it wont matter but they make you jump through hoops and never call your references or follow up on any of the steps they make you take. Be wary if you're young looking for a job. They'll play you all the way out.

Feedback:

Kinetics is a fun and friendly environment to be apart of, it makes coming to work super enjoyable. You get the chance to actually build those relationships with your co-workers, along with your leaders. If you're motivated and have the right work ethic, you can become very successful within the company.

Feedback:

I have been working at Kinetics for about a year and couldn't be happier with the company and the culture we have here. There are many advancement opportunities for individuals wanting that growth opportunity. This company is challenging and because of that, I find there is a lot of opportunity to move up. The CEO is very invested in that individual growth and development of each employee. The office is fun and more like a family environment, we always have fun games and events in and out of the office.

Feedback:

Had a nice interview great company

Feedback:

It’s a pyramid scheme. Nice guys but it’s designed so that, as a new hire, you do all the work and the higher ups collect the revenue. They try to incentivize you to join the team by telling you there’s so much money-making potential and opportunity, but that’s not the case from what it looks like. Ya know those annoying people at walmart that ask for 30 seconds of your time to try to convince you to change your internet provider? That’s what you’ll be doing, except you’ll be trying to convince people to change their energy provider. Don’t waste your time investing interest in this “company”
