Overall Feedback:
Totally not trust able, we have signed the contract with them last April, and promise to complete our website in 14 weeks, now 52 weeks past, the design has not been completed, the worst thing is the communication is hard, we tried to contact them for many times and then finally get respond, and every time we respond the feedback at the first time ,and they said we delayed the feedback, which is ridiculous, all communications have records, I don't know why they can lie so obviously. Right now it wastes our long time, and we can't wait any more, yet we still provide them one option to offer one more month to finish, but they still can't make it and even ask us to pay for the rest, even the design not approved, I am totally disappointed about what they can do, please check the attachment which we communicated before as proof, so this company I totally not recommend, not only doubt their responsibility, ability, but also doubt their reliability. Based on such situation, we will also sue the company. I am not the person to leave negative review normally unless meet such situation, I sincerely hope no more any one will be cheated by them like us.
