Incompetent crooks. After numerous attempts to reclaim my property they were holding and being told each time that the officer in charge of that division was on vacation or otherwise unavailable, I was assured by the person on the phone that my stuff was safe and that it would not be “destroyed.” When finally, after months of fruitless phone calls I was able to get ahold of somebody who could help, I was informed that my property was in fact gone and that there was nothing I could do. Totally unacceptable.
