We engaged the folks at Kingston Creative to develop a logo, branding materials, glass and growler designs, and sample bottle labels for our craft brewery in Kingston. They were very collaborative with us on our design goals and parameters, taking our feedback and suggestions and artfully turning them into a final product after several design iterations. We and our customers love the logo and effect of the final product! Their prices were reasonable, they worked diligently and collaboratively on our project, and we would not hesitate to recommend their work or use them again when the need arises.

We went to Kingston Creative with a new business in Saugerties for branding, creating a website and advertising. We knew nothing about how any of this was done or should be done and Alex and Gabrielle took the minimal information we gave them about our vision and ran with it! We were extremely happy with the professionalism of their work, their attitudes and their results! We highly recommend Kingston Creative!

We hired Kingston Creative to update and modernize a website we already had for over 10 years. Although we thought the price was high we decided to use them as they are local and seemed to have a good reputation. During the development, when faced with creating an online store they weren’t up to the challenge so we opted to remain with our Yahoo Store for customer purchases. The end result was that the website was bland but it did work. Several months later I realized that a significant area of the website was not working. I contacted Alex and he assured me it would be fixed. Over 6 weeks later when the area was still not fixed I again contacted them. The excuse was that the guy who created the website didn’t work for them anymore and the software that they used was upgraded and now they don’t know how to fix it. Not once did they contact me to tell me there was an ongoing problem. Somehow they assumed that although they were paid a maintenance fee it was our responsibility to figure something out. Once informed of the problem Kingston Creative did not stick with it until a solution was found. My opinion is that first off Kingston Creative is not very creative and they lack the follow thru to maintain a website properly.

I asked and Kingston Creative delivered period. They created a infographic for our factory buildings re-purposed for artist work space and studios. They plugged in my data, conducted their own research and came up with a beautifully easy to digest graphic. Exactly what I asked for. Couldn't recommend them more. Great folks doing great work.
