I've been with this broker for years. Believe me, they DO NOT have your best interests in mind. They LIED on our insurance binder! Misrepresented the HO policy completely. Caused a cluster mess within a year with escrow shortage and overpriced insurance. They lie, make excuses and are very very unprofessional. Especially Jen and Chuck. Avoid them.
