Kiwi Marketing group wasted our time. We contacted them for help with our adwords account. In the process of trying to get a quote, they canceled our first in person meeting. They were late for our rescheduled phone call, and canceled the meeting that we had to present and review a quote that never came less than 1 hour before we were supposed to meet. We gave them several chances and were willing to sign a 6 month contract with them. All they had to do was provide us with an estimate. They promised us an estimate, but didn't deliver by the date they promised and they didn't even have the courtesy to reschedule the latest meeting that they canceled or return any of our calls or messages after they missed the deadline. They wasted 2 1/2 weeks of our time when we could have spent that time working with another organization that could provide the service we needed. It appears that they are overwhelmed, disorganized and unreliable. Beware if you decide to hire them. If they can't even get a simple quote out in 2 1/2 weeks, I can only imagine what it is like working with them after you are a client locked into a contract. To be fair, they did reach out after the initial review I posted to apologize for the situation.
