Purchased a k&n cabin filter for my jeep wrangler from Amazon. The kit was missing 1 of the 2 filter's needed. I called customer service and within 5 minutes someone called me back and sent out a new kit to me at no charge. I was thrilled that I dont have to hassel with returning the other one and getting a new one ordered. I wish everyone had customer service that good. I'm so pleased with there customer service I am going to order k&n filters for everything I own now!
