I've been giving this company my business for the last few years but today this company will no longer get any of my business, not that they may seem to care. I went to place an order in March but after countless attempts of trying to get the young lady in the front to email me proof of my order or even get her to return my calls like she said she would (at least a 1/2 dozen times) I had to make 3 trips to Kona just to check on the status of my order. Finally I spoke with a lady name Jeannette and she was able to email the proof after two weeks of trying with the young lady at the front desk. Fast forward another two weeks I still hadn't received any call about my order all the while I was being told by the young lady at the front desk that the order will be complete this week (I was told this every week for four weeks in a row). I finally decided today to go there for a fourth time just to find out the shirts I ordered were labeled incorrectly and the invoices were still not ready. This whole experience has been totally unacceptable!!!!
