We have been customers at Koppel Advertising for almost 10 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else for our company uniforms and gifts. Ken always takes care of our needs and is very prompt with any inquiries we may have.

Terrible customer service. Asked for a quote on something. Decided we couldn't afford it. Called to let them know and Ken said "thanks for wasting my time" and hung up.

Buyer beware. You'll have to work with Ken. His people skills leave something to be desired. If he doesn't agree with you, he'll hang up the phone. If he misses a deadline, he says "oh well". In this day in age, you're better served to get these types of services from the internet or big box like MinuteMan. This small town mom and pop just can't keep up. Did I mention that Ken will just hang up in you if he doesn't like what you're saying? It's a shame, the company I work for has done business with Koppel for years. Many years. Thanks Ken for making it easy to not do anymore business with you. You won't be missed.
