I worked with Michelle at Kreative Marketing and placed an order that was sent to their vendor to fill. When the product came back it wasn't quite right. I felt bad as it was personalized so it couldn't simply be returned. However, I reached out to Michelle to let her know that I was disappointed. She assured me that they would do what they could and immediately got to work on a solution. She went above and beyond and the result was a product and customer service that I was thrilled with! As a small business owner in the hospitality industry customer service is of the utmost importance to me. It has been awhile since I have been truly impressed by exceptional service.
