There is nothing better than to be able to email or call and be on a first name basis with the entire staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable and quick to make the best decisions for their clients. I never think twice when it comes to insurance for my family because I know we are in the very best hands with Kristy.

It's such a relief knowing I have Kristy and her team on my side to guide me in my insurance needs. Everything is to the point, especially the coverages and premiums which are calculation-based estimates for your needs instead a mystified feeling- or fear-based approach which I've encountered at other insurance firms to get you to buy more than you need. They are very knowledgeable and can quickly and concisely answer any questions you have. I would never have used Progressive if we lived in Mason City when I first decided on an insurance company.

20 + years of excellent service from Kristy & her staff. Phone calls & questions are answered expeditiously. Kristy shows she cares about her policyholders with sincerity, options & knowledgeable advice. Staff is trained well, friendly & mirrors Kristy's proffessional & caring atmosphere. I've never been disappointed with the handling of my claims. I had a wreck, called Kristy's office & within less than 5 minutes someone called from SF claims team with assuring advice & simple steps to follow. I had a rental with in an hour.

They are not sales people by any means but actually have your best interest when it comes to your insurance and coverage needs!!! They stay on top of everything!!! Such a pleasure to work with them!!
