Internet service is robbery. They adjust prices based on your location- and not due to whether they have the technology for a plan/price, but based on whether your address has any other options (Comcast or CenturyLink primarily). I am sure they have some loophole but it seems quite illegal as they're utilizing a very specific monopoly. I believe this is why no prices are listed online, rather you have to call and provide an address before you can get any pricing informstion. This company also has transfer caps and overage fees on home internet lol, this also was something that was done by sending a flyer to everyone saying these fees existed, it was not part of a contract. This company has no respect for its customer base and is trying to grab money as long as possible before they become irrelevant. If you're like me and find these practices reougnsnt, cancel your service and go with ANY other option. I have resorted to an unlimited cellular data plan and using it as a home hotspot (it is actually cheaper and faster!).

I use the digital phone service . Service has been decent . The only complaint I have is that I lose service when there is a power outage.

I know there are a lot of negative reviews out there, so this may get lost in the mix, but I have to say that my experience with Kuhn has been very positive so far. I recently had new service installed (internet only) and their customer service was attentive and respectful. The installation was very prompt and the technician worked with me to address all of my concerns. The internet speeds have been much better than the advertised package and my whole family is enjoying the massive upgrade from DSL. They may have made some policy changes recently to create this improved experience, but I encourage you all to give them a shot despite all the negative comments. I did just that and am very happy so far.3 Month Update: Everything is still running just fine. Internet has cut out for very short periods of time during major storms, but it's been reliable overall. Speeds are good too. I pay for 50 Mbps and consistently get better speeds when testing.

Had them for 3 years. Everything about them is horrible! Terrible service, terrible workmanship, don’t even tighten down connectors On spliters. Prices are very high for sub service. Internet is all over the place. but it is the only provider so i deal.

Horrible internet service. We don’t go a day where it isn’t dropped. We’ve tried twice to get Comcast but since Kuhn’s owns the area we live in we can’t get it. Paying $70 more than what we could get elsewhere with less internet speed and less options for cable. Super frustrating.

Their internet service is horrible. They always say it looks fine on their end. Well on my end i never have service. The internet is a joke its always just cutting out and not working. i really wish there was other options where we live for internet. These people just rip you off
