Got scammed by Giovanni Elyas who told me multiple times that the travel club with accidental death & dismemberment for $200 was required. Turns out it is not. Will never go back.

"The investigations center on L.A. Insurance agents adding six-month or one-year roadside assistance and emergency towing plans from Nation Safe Drivers Auto Club without customer consent." After being sold this policy TWICE, I thought I was working with a guy that could be trusted... Even thought this was my first time buying insurance, it is my fault for not doing my research on this company and their scamming ways. All the information was right in front of my face and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from LA INSURANCE.

There’s apparently a “mandatory” beneficiary/ life insurance policy that wasn’t explained as such. There was a Gratiot address on my receipts and I was clearly at this location. Giovanni’s attitude was disgusting after I asked for those additional charges to be refunded or to cancel the whole policy. When I asked if the extra $200 I had paid had anything to do with progressive insurance, he told me it didn’t matter because it’s nonrefundable. I will gladly spend my money and time elsewhere with more respectable individuals that listen to what I’m asking for and don’t take advantage of people and their money.
