Very disappointed in Marchese, I have been having both my cars serviced and maintained at Marchese for over 10 years. Spoke with Lisa on Monday 5/13 and told her I was having a problem with starting my <Equinox. My battery which I purchased at Marchese in 1/17 was bad and I. could not start car without a jump start. She explained they were short on staff and could not help me until 5/20, a week later which is unacceptable.Will be getting a new battery at a local dealer that is more responsive to customers needs and will not be using Marchese any longer!!!
