Today I phoned in to our library in Lac du Bonnet from our home in the rural area, as I had no wheels to come into town. Within minutes a cheerful "Janice":- renewed my member status and updated my file information, - checked on a book I wanted for a long-distance book club I am beginning with a Sister-In-Law, AND,- ordered that book (plus a second one from the same trilogy) from another library when she didn't find my choice on site. She also told me about two excellent independent on-line reading resources, and offered to assist me in using them effectively when I am next in town! I'm impressed and grateful for this outstanding service - thank you! Gail Mooney
