She is knowledgeable in a wide range of insurance products and did the research to ensure I was getting the best rate offered. She is honest and fair which is why I trust her with my insurance needs. Her staff is amazing! They go the extra mile and then some to get my paperwork to me...signed, sealed, and delivered! Veronica has all but shown up on my front porch with paperwork to get my policies in proper order! (Honestly, I think if she had to she really would drive to my house! hahaha)I recommend the Lacritia Spence Agency for affordable coverage from a knowledgeable group!
