Feedback:

Good variety of books, great book store, great programs for children

Feedback:

As a previous reviewer stated, it's a really great library for serenity. I'd say it's an old fashioned library with updated faculty. By this, I mean they expect you to be quiet. There is nothing more disrespectful than seeing a group of kids (or immature adults) being loud and obnoxious in a public place where people go for peace and quiet.

Feedback:

Books, movies, music, classes, discussions and very knowledgeable, helpful staff.

Feedback:

Very friendly and helpful staff!!

Feedback:

They have always had the book I wanted, and they are usually open when I want to go.

Feedback:

Love this library! Staff is helpful. Spacious with plenty of seating. Just wish they were open later.

Feedback:

Unbelievable that the library is only open during banker's hours. Impossible for someone who works to get there when they're open, and they're closed on weekends. This library caters only to retired people. Not only are the hours extremely inconvenient for people who work and for parents, the whole environment discourages young people from using the library. 18+ only on the computers. Some of the staff is friendly but there are a few who need to retire as they are very rude. I witnessed one staff member yelling at an old lady who was having trouble using the computer. Isn't it your job to assist patrons? Libraries are supposed to be a safe, welcoming place for all ages in the community. The upgraded building is very nice but they haven't made it any more welcoming.

Feedback:

Beautiful library...very RUDE staff.

Feedback:

The Lady Lake Public Library is a beautiful new building with a dedicated Children's Library, computer lab, study rooms, conference rooms, CD & DVD rental, and free WiFi (which is even available outdoors after closing time). I wrote my doctoral dissertation there last year, and the librarians were very helpful by giving me a study room almost every day. Space is comfortable and well decorated. During election season, the large 2nd floor converts into a voting location.

Feedback:

This was my first visit to this large, gorgeous library near The Villages, and I hope to come back soon. The library area is bright and there are a variety of easy chairs (with built in desks) and tables to work at. There is a bank of computers available to the public, and a speaking/meeting area towards the back. The staff were friendly and helpful. The common areas were decorated for autumn when I visited. I spent a couple hours working and the wi-fi worked well. There is a used bookstore with exceptionally good prices in the lobby.
