Living here was a bad experience. It got even worse after we moved out. We lived there for just one year and got a bill upon moving out for replacement of the ENTIRE carpet. I requested picture proof via email and it took them two and a half months to reply. In the email there was normal wear in the walkway and a few very small stains that easily could have been cleaned with a carpet cleaner. They threatened to send me to collections when it took them more than 60 days to reply to my previous email. Very unprofessional. Be weary. Find a better place to call home.

The only issue I have is the smell of marijuana by the mail boxes/elevator, in the elevator, on my floor, and even in the parking lot. I have spoken with other tenants and they complain about the same thing. You even run into people on the elevator with the smell of marijuana on their clothes. I may move soon.

I have been looking at places all over the DC and MD area, and after seeing about a dozen buildings, I decided to go with Lake Arbor Towers. My leasing agent Marcus was awesome throughout the whole process, he was really fun to talk to and gave me a ton of flexibility for my move in date. The entire staff has been really responsive and totally game for any request or question I've had so far.Love the building so far and my view of the lake is amazing!

Not safe! I don’t live there but the first night I stayed with a friend my car was broken into and her tires were stolen a few days before.

Visited my son. Had to park in adjacent lot outside of gate. My car was broken into (Two windows broken) nothing to take. Had to pay $500.00 for the repairs. The area “seems nice” I related to the PG County officer. “Unfortunately this happens here a lot” is what he replied.Quickly looked around. There’s glass all over that lot from other victims of theft and vandalism. Does security patrol these lots? Any camera surveillance?

9 cars in the past month I've been here have had their windows smashed in and stuff stolen out of it including two of our employees. The gate is a joke as by tye road the gate doesnt block anyone from coming in and by the main entrance there is a public walking path around the lake leading right into the complex. No cameras, staff dont report anything. Nice apartments but the area they are located in and crome rate makes you question their procing to live here
