We had my 91 year old Dad on the cruise with us. They opened the gates so we could drive down to the dock, got him a chair off the boat to sit in while waiting to board. After the trip, without asking, they were waiting by the gates up top to let me drive back down to pick him up. Marty, the historian/entertainment for the cruise, was very interactive and engaged with the passengers, answering all our questions.

My wife and I enjoyed the sunset dinner cruise. It was towards the end of the season in October and was a very enjoyable experience even with the cool breeze when we went upstairs on the upper deck to enjoy the fresh air. The buffet was very good and the bar tender served us well. I would definitely recommend this cruise for anyone looking for a relaxing night out on beautiful lake Hopatcong.

I so very rarely leave reviews, but I have conflicting feelings about LHC that I think could be helpful. I've been on multiple cruises with phenomenal staff, but I just made the mistake of calling the office. I felt like a burden. Customer service and accommodation were far from the first thought of the person to whom I spoke. Unfortunately, we had the same experience at Alice's and the Windlass. It makes me think it's a quality the company as a whole isn't encouraging. That said, book online and go on the cruise. The crew is always professional, phenomenal, and kind, but I felt obligated to set this warning to newcomers to skip a call.

We had our daughter's Sweet 16 on Miss Lotta. The staff were all so professional, helpful and friendly. Even though the weather didn't exactly cooperate, with the help of the staff, a great time was had by all. We chose to celebrate on Miss Lotta because we have been on their Cocktail Cruise a half dozen times and have always had such a great experience. Its like escaping away to vacation but so close to home. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time on our football cruise. It was relaxing to look out at the fall colors on the lake and munch on wings, quiche, and taco chips, etc. while watching the game. We went up on deck for a bit to appreciate the view -beautiful scenery in any weather. The staff were very attentive and made sure we had food, drinks, silverware, napkins, etc. It was all good.

Lake was beautiful food was god awful 0 stars poor choice of food for a sunday nfl cruise they need to revamp the menu? fyi i had to give it a star to post?
