The GM (Myrth Boozer) was very unprofessional. Management employees of 10+ years were overworked without a hope of getting a raise and would keep/withhold quarterly bonuses from us. She was more interested in personal life then caring about the billboards meeting OSHA safety requirements and/or Lamar standards. I Would not recommend this office/plant what so ever! ? Sean Reilly (CEO) needs to be aware of theses important issues/problems!!!
