I have been with Larry Brandon State Farm for about 6 years, and I have had nothing but great and caring, courtesy service from their staff. They have always looked out for my best interest they have provided me rock bottom rates and great advice concerning any questions I may have about my Insurance. I have 2 cars insured and also renters insurance with them. The office Manager " Margaret Sills" has been really helpful they just really provide great customer service and great prices to go with it. I am very happy doing business with State Farm in Walled Lake, MI.

I can't say enough good things about Larry Brandon's State Farm Office. We have our Home, Auto & Boat insurance with them. As a parent of younger drivers, they have been very helpful in showing us ways to save including a discount for good grades. Whenever I call they are always professional and a delight to work with. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone looking for true insurance professionals who make you feel like family.

Terrible agency to deal with. They are fine taking your money but will not lift a finger to help you out when you need it. I had the unpleasant experience of having a car stolen and the support, advice, and help i received from this agency was nonexistent. Cindy, one of the agents , is rude, discourtreous , and uncooperative. Larry Brandon on the other hand, has absolutely no idea what is going on in the lives of his clients. He sent my family a happy new year card stating " hope 2017 is as great as the last year".....hey guy, my car, baby's stroller, watch, and my cell phone were stolen just a few weeks ago! Please don't make the same mistake I did in choosing this agency and avoid this place and the people whom "work" here.
