Laura has been supporting me with my website since 2012. I then decided in October 2014 that my website needed updating and met with Laura to discuss. From the outset Laura was very clear on what they could do for me and how much it would cost. We started work on it, but one of my problems is I have too much to say (or in this case type!) which is where Claire was a god send, she listened to me rabble on about what I wanted to say and she wrote it in a more structured way. At the same time I changed the structure of the prices and had to let all my current clients know. Again Claire was wonderful and arranged a mail shot for me to explain to all my existing clients why I was changing, I did not get any negative feedback from any of my clients. At the same time Laura started work on my new website and kept me up to date along the progress. My new website went live in January 2015 and I am pleased to say that my revenue has increased by 50% in 2015, all thanks to this wonderful new website that I am extremely proud of. I have it set up so I can update my own website (to change prices etc) which is wonderful for me to do instantly, Laura again gave me 1:1 training on this, if I can do it anyone can! From the outset I felt valued as a client and would (and do) fully recommend Laura.
