If I could give half/zero stars - I would. I have never encountered a more narcissistic, ignorant excuse of a man like Lee Lester. I have been a customer of his for a few years and I've had nothing but issues. Time and time again, my insurance premium changed. Every month it went up & up yet nobody at Lee's office could ever tell me why! I always heard "I have to talk to underwiriting" or "on my end I don't see everything". Lie after lie - I gave up! I contacted customer care and decided to switch agents and the supervisor insisted I file a complaint on top of switching agents. So I did. A week after I file the complaint - Lee took the time out of his day to call me and harass me about the complaint as well as who and where my new agent is. HOW PATHETIC!! And what do you know, Lee never sent my policies to my new agent so here I am, a month later & 5 more calls to customer care, I FINALLY have a new agent. If you enjoy lies and excuses please be my guest and contact Lee right away for your insurance needs.
