NOT CHILD FRIENDLY! Was in town from Birmingham, UK and wanted to watch a football match with my two young boys. No prior advertisement anywhere that children aren't allowed downstairs in the Football Factory so only got told this when we arrived! The manager kindly put the match on one TV for us upstairs but then we kept getting pestered by a very rude waitress with a horrible attitude telling us we had to buy food/drinks to watch the match. My intention was to buy drinks but only later on into the match as being with two boys I would not have bought the same kind of drinks if I was with my friends! So orange juice was deemed not enough and the manager childishly switches the channel over to another football match at 50 minutes into the game! My boys experience of american customer experience will live in their memory for a long time! MUST DO BETTER LEGENDS they were just kids who wanted to watch their team! As it happened they won 5-1. UTV!
