I contacted Lester Sell agency after running into title problems with my lender. I bought a car in Hanover but the lender was in Westminster Maryland. I never received a clear title for my vehicle after paying off the loan. I contacted the lender multiple times since paying off the note. Every time I called them they told me they were electronically releasing the title and I should get it the mail in a few days.This never happened after dealing with this for a few months I was getting very upset. I attempted to get a title but penndot showed that it still had a lean on it. The ladies at Sell’s looked into it for me and found it was a problem on the lenders end and not my fault. It made me feel much better about the situation. I am currently waiting to see how things turn out but at least I feel better about it after the great service from Lester J. Sell Agency.Thank You
