Letter Perfect did a great job with our custom (Agent of the Month) plaque. Reasonably priced. However, their production needs improvement. 1.) Very slow. After our draft was approved, I was quoted 10 days for completion. It took almost a month. 2.) I provided a list of our agents names. Production misspelled one of the names. 3.) I dropped off the incorrect plates & asked for them to be corrected. I felt like this was a hassle for them & clearly it has not been a priority... almost a week later, I still don't have the replacement plates.

I contacted them to print 3 plaques for me. Throughout the process, from design to pickup, they could not have been more helpful. The plaques look beautiful.

Fast turnaround, top shelf products. Not the cheapest but I'll def shop there again.
