Owner of the company yelled at me on the phone yesterday. He lacks listening skills, feels the need to mansplain to women and talk over them. The recruiters are rude, pushy and entitled.

I have been an employee of Liaison for almost seven years and have loved every minute of it. The business model is unique spanning the ability to produce and manage marketing projects through the Liaison Studio to hiring creatives working onsite with an impressive suite of clients. What you get at Liaison is access to the leadership team which is unusual at many businesses along with the ability to capitalize on a wealth of experience from this team and other Liaison employees. I like that Liaison is involved in the community supporting E4-Youth, volunteering with organizes to help job seekers with their resumes and portfolios, and other groups like the Austin Park Foundation.

I have worked here for almost 13 years and I love it. The people are great, but more than that, I think the ethic of the business model is what makes it a good place to work. The entire model is designed to be a win/win/win for the client, the employees, and the company's bottom line (whereas with some companies, those priorities tend to compete). I also appreciate the commitment to responsiveness and honesty toward job-seekers.
